Joining Process

Submit Your Application along with the required documentations below
Your application will be reviewed by our membership committee. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for membership payment.
Once your payment is processed, you will officially become a KAO member! You will receive a membership welcome package with details on accessing your membership benefits and how to get involved.

Certified copies of professional certificates and academic certificates, where applicable,
Copy of certificate of Incorporation
Copy of business permit,
List of all facility and branch names, the building they are in and the road e.g. Prestige Mall, Ngong Road,
List of all optometrists in your business and zipped folder with copies of their current certificates as required
Where an optometrist wishes to register with KAO as individuals, they should complete
